Product Description
Product Feature: The C-shaped purline formed by purlin forming machine have excellent anti-bending property and are easy to install. They are widely used as the supporter of roof and wall in large-scale and MID-scale construction, such as factory, warehouse, garage, exhibition center, cinema, theatre, garden and so on.
Machines components: One Purlin Forming Machine can produce many sizes of purline. Purline forming machine mainly consists of uncoiler, coil sheet guiding device, flattening device, roll forming system, punching equipment, cutting equipment, hydraulic station, PLC controlling system and support table.
Main technical parameters:
1. Suitable Material: Cold-rolled steel strip and heat-treated galvanized steel strip;
2. Thickness of raw material: 1.5-3.0mm
3. Material of roller: Cr12 mould steel being quenched treatment, with digital-controlled procession, which ensures the rollers' hardness to be HR60 and durable.
4. Cutter blade Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment
5. Forming speed: About 10-12m/min
6. Power Requirement Main motor power: 15 Kw(Depend on final design)
Hydraulic station power: 5.5Kw (Depend on final design)
7. Uncoiler's loading capacity Max. Capacity: 5000kgs (can be increased to be 10T)
8. Controlling system: Mitsubishi PLC & converter
9. Voltage: 380V *3 phase* 50Hz or as per the customer's requirement
10. Machine's size: About 1800mm*2400mm*1400mm (Depend on final design)
